This policy covers mailmorphmedia.com and the services we provide from it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are

What we collect
Two things. First, what you type into a form on this site — your name, email address, store URL and whatever you write in the message field. Second, ordinary web-server request data: IP address, browser type, the page you requested and when. That second category is collected by the hosting provider as a normal part of serving the page.
What we do not collect
We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers or session-recording tools on this site. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. If that changes, this policy changes first and the date at the top will tell you.
Why we collect it
To answer you. If you request an audit, we use your details to carry out and send that audit and to follow up about it. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry.
Client account access
If you become a client, you may grant us access to your email platform — typically Klaviyo — which contains personal data about your customers. We access it only to perform the work, never export a client list for any other purpose, and lose that access when the engagement ends. You remain the controller of that data; we act as a processor.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus whatever period the applicable tax and accounting rules require.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its logs, and our email provider, which carries our correspondence. Both act on our instructions. We do not pass your details to anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@mailmorphmedia.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. If we add analytics later, we will publish a cookie notice and ask for consent before anything is set.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date means the revised policy applies.
